International, LLC reserves the right to deny its services to anyone it deems

applicant is accepted as a member only after management is satisfied that its
services can be effective with the applicant and the applicant possesses

implied warranty that a life partner can or will be found, as individual
results will vary. Members of the clubs introductory service agree to allow Amy
Laurent International, LLC to use their photograph for advertising, editorial
and promotional purposes and on the amylaurent.com Website.
Disclaimer for Male Members:
Membership for our male clients commences as of the effective date set forth
in each individual male members written membership agreement with Amy
Laurent International, LLC provided that payment for full dues has been received
for the agreed term of membership. Should any male member decide to upgrade
his membership, the full fee will apply and will not be prorated.Once Amy
Laurent International, LLC provides male members with contact information of
individually selected female members, male members are exclusively responsible
for contacting female members and arranging dates and related issues, including
choice of meeting locale and transportation. Amy Laurent International, LLC
is not responsible for contacting female members on behalf of its male
members or for arranging individual dates. If assistance is required please
contact a staff member of Amy Laurent International, LLC. Amy Laurent
International, LLC does not guarantee results beyond contact information of suitable
female members, and does not guarantee that members will proceed to a date or
relationship. Male memberships expire at the end of the term set forth in each
individual male members written membership agreement with Amy Laurent
International, LLC, regardless of whether membership services have been used by the
member. Amy Laurent International, LLC will not grant an extension of
memberships and/or related services under any circumstances unless it is in writing
signed by Amy Laurent. Individual memberships are non-transferable between
